TIMETABLE
Portland Cable Tram journeys run five times a day (seasonal – four trips during winter), 364 days a year. The only day we are closed is Christmas Day, and there are also no morning trams on ANZAC Day or Good Friday.
Tour times start at 10am from the Cable Tram Depot at 2a Bentinck Street. A return trip takes approximately an hour and ticket holders can hop on and hop off at any of our six stops along the tram route.

Tickets can be purchased at the Portland Cable Trams Depot or from the Conductor when you board the tram.

GROUP BOOKINGS
Portland Cable Trams caters for group bookings including tour bus groups, weddings, school groups and more. If you would like to make a group booking, please contact us with your planned group size and attendance date.
SCHOOL GROUPS
School groups are welcome on board our trams. Portland Cable Trams offers an educational and interactive experience for students. We also have great teacher resources available.
COACH TOURS
Portland Cable Trams warmly welcomes Coach Tours on board the tram. We can cater for large groups and the Portland Cable Trams depot is easily accessible for buses and coaches.
